This week we spoke with Master Shanti about the Shanti system of Tai Chi. Master Shanti has developed an approach to this ancient art that is uniquely reflective. This is a truly internal art that focuses on the underlying reasons for the postures rather than the external appearance or “form”. She describes her approach to the form, how she developed it and why. This was a very deep and esoteric conversation about the principles and benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong.
