This week we talked to Beth Haley about learning how to meditate like a Tibetan monk with The Munroe Institute Excursion Outreach Workshop. She’s coming to facilitate the workshop in New Denver at the Cedar Grove Retreat July 8 & 9th. She’ll be teaching us how to mediate like a monk with her Hemi-sync program. This program uses a slight variation in frequency in your right vs your left ear to synchronize the two hemisphere’s of the brain. The synchronized brain puts you into a deep meditative state such as those reached by Tibetan monks after many years of practice.

After hearing Beth talk about some of the unusual experiences that past participants have had, we all decided we have to do the workshop. Who wouldn’t want to develop psychic abilities and speak with the dead? If you’re interested in checking out the workshop you can find out more information on our 2 the POWER of 1 Wellness Network and Retreat website https://2thepowerof1.com/ or contact us for more information.

More About the Meditation Workshop:

The Monroe Institute Gateway Excursion Outreach Workshop is a 2-day results-oriented program designed to assist in expanding awareness. You will develop latent dimensions of creative intelligence and discover a new sense of certainty and purpose.

Participants learn through taped exercises and group discussions how to achieve Focus 10 (Mind Awake/Body Asleep) and Focus 12 (Expanded Awareness). Step-by-step, the participant absorbs methods to move comfortably along a continuum of consciousness, shifting between one phase (or focus of consciousness) and another. Learning how to control these phase-shifts to visit and integrate non-physical energy systems is a key element in the program. Gateway Outreach Trainers provide a safe, comfortable structure for movement through controlled stages starting with deep relaxation and then through progressive “gateways” into different forms of perception.

Participants will leave with a program disc and system to continue the process on their own.
